Bob Nilsson
Founder of 100 Entrepreneurs Foundation and Board Chair View Bio
President and Founder of 100 Entrepreneurs. Captain USMC, 1st Shore Party Bn, 1st Marine Division , Vietnam 66/67. Joined Turner Construction 63, President and CEO of Turner International. Participated with Turner in the building of MATC at the old Walter Reed, the National Intrepid Center of Excellence at the new Walter Reed NiCOE and the new Ft Belvior Army Hospital. Awarded Congressional Medal of Honor Society Distinguished Citizen Award 2019. |
Chris Santiago
Board Member, Treasurer and Director View Bio
Chris Santiago is a data scientist at one of the leading financial institutions. He has a background in finance and has served on the Board of 100 Entrepreneurs Foundation for over 13 years. Chris served with 2nd Battalion 8th Marines from 2003-2007, deploying to Afghanistan, Iraq and aboard the USS Kearsarge with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit. |
Nick Bilotti
Board Member View Bio
Nick Bilotti started his career at Turner Construction Company as a plan clerk and retired 40 years later as the President and CEO of Turner International Industries, Turner’s wholly owned subsidiary. In the Middle East and could adjust to his client’s culture. His projects included airports, hospitals, corporate headquarters and the Burj Dubai, the tallest building in the world. Nick has brought his organizational skills and guidance to the board of 100 Entrepreneurs. |

Patty Horan

Patty Horan is an advocate and caregiver to her husband Pat, she was an active duty Army spouse for 12 years. She has a Master's in the Business of Publishing with a concentration in Marketing and Graphic Design. She also completed the Dog Tag Fellowship Program and Syracuse's Veterans Entrepreneurship Bootcamp. Patty has been promoting the Foundation and our meetings since 2010. |
HT Tran

Hien “HT” Tran is a Community and Citizenship Manager at Turner Construction, bringing a unique blend of entrepreneurial leadership, military service, and community impact. Prior to Turner, he founded and scaled a successful SDVOSB/DVBE construction firm, serving as CEO and later Chairman Emeritus of Anvil Builders. Under his leadership, the company grew to 150 employees and reached $65M in annual revenue within eight years, earning Engineering News-Record’s 2015 Award of Excellence. HT is the bestselling author of Borrowed Time (2025), a memoir on resilience, faith, and purpose. A decorated U.S. Army veteran of the 10th Mountain Division, he is a Purple Heart recipient with multiple commendations, including the Army Commendation Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, National Service Medal, Overseas Ribbon, and Combat Infantry Badge. He holds a Master’s degree in Global Leadership and Management from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from San Jose State University. |
Michael Nilsson

Michael Nilsson is a partner at HWG LLP, a Washington DC law firm. He has solved problems for clients in the media industry and elsewhere for more than twenty years. He represents these clients before the FCC, Congress, DOJ, the U.S. Copyright Office, and foreign regulators—as well as in commercial negotiations. Mike has been recognized by Chambers USA for his work in the telecom, broadcast & satellite fields. A client described him as “simply one of the smartest lawyers that I know” and added that “he’s the one I would most trust to represent me when the stakes are high.” CableFax named him one of the cable industry’s “top lawyers,” an honor shared with only six other outside counsel. Mike has also been recognized by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers for his work in communications and copyright law. He teaches Media Law at George Washington University’s School of Media and Public Affairs. |
