Participated with Turner in the building of MATC at the old Walter Reed, the National Intrepid Center of Excellence at the new Walter Reed NiCOE and the new Ft Belvior Army Hospital. Awarded Congressional Medal of Honor Society Distinguished Citizen Award 2019. |
Amanda Weathersby
Entrepreneur and Program Managers View Bio
Amanda Weathersby is an entrepreneur who has started several businesses, sold one to a publicly traded company, one to her partners, and has closed startups during the great recession. Her sold companies were consulting and staffing firms focused on technology and marketing. Since then, she has coached small business owners and people interested in starting new businesses, including wounded veterans, spouses and caregivers through 100 Entrepreneurs and through The Profitable Idea Workshop, an internal part of Dog Tag Bakery’s Veteran Program for a decade. |
Patty Horan
Army Veteran Caregiver and Communications View Bio
Patty Horan is an advocate and caregiver to her husband Pat, she was an active duty Army spouse for 12 years. She has a Master's in the Business of Publishing with a concentration in Marketing and Graphic Design. She also completed the Dog Tag Fellowship Program and Syracuse's Veterans Entrepreneurship Bootcamp. Patty has been promoting the Foundation and our meetings since 2010. |

Chris Santiago
Marine Corps Veteran and Treasurer View Bio
Chris Santiago is a data scientist at one of the leading financial institutions. He has a background in finance and has served on the Board of 100 Entrepreneurs Foundation for over 13 years. Chris served with 2nd Battalion 8th Marines from 2003-2007, deploying to Afghanistan, Iraq and aboard the USS Kearsarge with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit. |
Reem Carroll
Military Spouse and Social Media View Bio
Reem’s career led her through meaningful roles at the National Science Foundation, the United Nations, and American University, each shaping her belief in service, education, and global responsibility. In 2014, she married her husband, and together they’ve built a life anchored by family and purpose with their two children. Through her husband’s service and close connection to the veteran community, Reem found a calling in supporting veterans and championing the challenges they face, transforming it into one of her core personal passions. |
Anne Weathersby
Veteran Spouse, Photography and Social Media View Bio
Anne Delano Weathersby, the wife of a veteran, is an award-winning photographer who captures images of corporate and life events, sports, architecture, real estate, landscapes, people, and nature. She often rises before the sun and travels far afield, patiently waiting for just the right moment to capture a magnificent sunrise or a spectacular view of wildlife. She has had her images featured in the documentary, “From Ironclad to Artifact,” about the CSS Georgia and produced by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Anne displays her photographs in several exhibits each year in the Annapolis and Washington, DC area. In addition, she helps document the monthly meetings held by 100 Entrepreneurs. |

Sarah Mitsch
Veteran, Caregiver and Program Support View Bio
Sarah Mitsch is a retired Army Occupational Therapist. She has been a long time supporter of 100 Entrepreneurs since serving as the Chief Occupational Therapy Amputee Care at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center from 2007-2012. She currently oversees all aspects of care and responsibilities for her parents during their Alzheimer's journey as they age in place in their home. She is both a direct caregiver and a leader to the team providing 24/7 care. |
Stefan Rykowski
IT and Implementation Strategy Consultant View Bio
Stefan Rykowski is a non-profit executive with a background delivering data products and programs for medical societies and biopharmaceutical clients with an extensive history providing IT and strategy consulting services for clients including Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. He advises on IT systems and implementation strategies to strengthen community support. |
Pat Horan
Army Veteran and Chief Veteran Advisor View Bio
Retired Army Captain Patrick Horan served in the US Army from 1997 to 2012 as an enlisted Infantryman as well as an officer. He deployed to Egypt in 1999, and to Iraq in 2006 where he suffered a catastrophic injury which led to his medical retirement. Pat has been a member of the 100 Entrepreneurs Team since 2010. |
