Founder of Veteran Compost

Veteran Compost collects and composts food scraps from residential, office and commercial customers throughout Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia. We strive to hire Veterans and family members of Veterans to staff our ranks whenever possible. From a 7 gallon bin on a doorstep in Arlington, VA to a tractor trailer of expired produce - we work everyday to keep material out of the landfill and instead turn it into organic compost. We operate two compost facilities (Alexandria, VA and Aberdeen, MD) and hope to grow that number shortly so that we can help create more jobs and compost!
